First off I hate that you guys have to deal with all this stuff. It must feel like all the hard work on it is being shadowed by complaints. Its a bit selfish of us. I played the game with bots and its never been smoother, the bugs are fixed, and the gameplay has a much finer edge to it. The bullet and trail improvements are one of the first things I noticed, very nice.

Sadly playing with bots is all I can do. I had some issues with the extract like many others but I found the selfkill mirror worked fine. I ticked the video compatibility as I read through some similar issues and I started playing. As I said I'm practically having a wet dream over the improvements, great job.

The one thing I want to know, its not a quick fix or anything. But is the problem with the servers not listing and endless "requesting game" message something to do with my computers settings, or is it simply something that needs to be patched on soldats end?

I'd be grateful for any suggestion, and I apologize for adding the topic swarm. I'm sure you guys are working to address everything.

It is probably a server-side problem, but for good measure check your firewall settings and make sure Soldat isn't being blocked.  It sounds like a number of people are having this problem, so it is likely not you.

My firewall has soldat listed as an exception. There aren't any other possibilities?

I tried going around the lobby by using one of the mirrors, but it always ends up saying that the map is a 1.3.1 version and I can't get in cause I'm using 1.4.

If its not on my end I don't understand how it could have been missed, and it seems its a wide spread problem.
