Filter option for no WM

The server filter allows you to only search for servers that have weapon mods on.  However, it doesn't allow you to only search for servers that DON'T have weapon mods.

Maybe instead of a checkbox, there could be a drop-down box like the "Not Full/Not Empty/Not Full and Not Empty" options.

Yeah, while reworking the lobby I discussed with EnEsCe about how filters could be done better.  I wouldn't be surprised if this happened some day, such that each lobby is a drop-down with "<something>,not <something>, Don't care"
