Im not to good with how servers are run but I was wondering if these accounts are transferable from server to server. Like would I be able to take a selfkill acount to enesce? Or are the accounts recorded on the individual servers?

There also seems to be a huge flaw in the EP, the combo never works right and the level to xp ratio doesn't seem to work at all.

Also, on another note, I and a few other people are interested in making this into a gather, 2 gather servers and 2 publics for leveling. What do you think about this? (If it is possible to move accounts to multiple servers) If not it would just be one gather server.

@ghg: it lets you forget one spell (you can specify the class by adding "heal", "def", "ofs" or "summon" after the command) at the cost of 5 levels

afaik everything works the way it's supposed to work. it only needs more balancing (i'll add minus EP for high levelers in next version)

regarding the gather thingy: i will support stuff like that once the first final release is ready, not yet though.

multiple server accounts are possible via TCP stuff, but let me finish the basic script first and then i'll take those advanced steps.

oh yea, i had a suggestion.

some of your skills such as warmth is pretty much pointless unless it's going to be a r/s match. so i suggest buff it up a bit, such as make it regenerate maybe 8% while you stay still after two seconds instead of just 2% constantly and 5% when you're low hp.

@zyxstand: Yeah I misunderstood, I thought that you meant to kick a nonreg player just so you could join. What you explained seems to be fair.

And the minus exp for death for high levels seems to be extremely needed, I am guilty of complaining about high levels constantly spawning and I've switched to barret/law combo just in case i do happen to run into one of those high levels. But at what level would you start losing exp? It seems that you become extremely powerful at about level 20 with certain skills.

And if you are looking for testers I'll test :)
If not, that's cool too, love the mod, am willing to wait patiently for newer and better versions :D

Hey Avarax.  I have another great idea... I think:
Anybody over level 25 shouldn't be allowed to play in under-level servers.  They should only be allowed to play on higher-ranked servers.  Of course then they can't play with the other crowd but it seems MANY ppl are playing ur mod.
Also, more people should be made aware of the server's capability - perhaps by writing in BIG FONT upon entering server to checkout !commands...

TigaHawk, make sure "Spectator" isn't selected in the "Join Game" tab.

And I was thinking about that too zyxstand, but how could you check levels until someone logs in?
Well then again, a lot of people who are high levels have accounts and login...
I guess it would work to an extent...

yeah the new server has some problems with 2.6.1 (can't be executed), the hosting company is hopefully going to fix it and give the permission to execute it.

kk.  but you really need server-wide accounts.  It's lame having to redo all the levels on different hexer-mod servers...
