You just lied.  You were kicked BEFORE the map changed and if  that's not true then you were kicked just as the map changed.  The reason i know this other than my outstanding memory (lol) is because u said you never played that map.  Well that map is brand spanking new and to my knowledge that's the only server who is playing it at the current time so you would have had to disconnect to DL it.  You WERE warned twice before you were kicked. 

As for "they were spawnkilling me and the mod did nothing"... the mod was playing at the current time and was at HIS base... he could not have known and i know for a fact u didn't report it.

For the record I dont agree that you got kicked without a little more warning or an explanation of what constitutes spawn killing but that's not my place.  Hell i even think spawn killing should be allowed in the case of a flag standoff.  But if the admin says to use only fists then by god you better drop that gun soldier, especially if you love the server/script/whateverthe****ever.  So with all that said... next time just obey the orders or ask questions to fully understand them...if not then dont complain when ya get kicked.



Ok all very good. I was there during the other map, I have downloaded it from that server before. But it was still new to me, the last time I was at the map it was new so I was just chilling near my team base so I could protect the flag.

(Although there was no spawnkilling from me accuring, you are still correct). Although, I had stopped after the two times and the map change. I was kicked soon after for no reason... I was actually just chasing the guy who kicked me the first two times, and was kicked as soon as I stopped to regen some life.

In my eyes I saw no reason to report it, I saw no rules were it states spawn killing is not allowed in that server. Soo... That explains that.

k, well I was only warned through getting kicked, which doesn't explain much. There could be many reasons why a person gets kicked. But if they don't explain, how would one stop?
I also know what constitutes spawn killing... exactly what it means, killing someone after they spawn. But I wasn't spawn killing I was waiting in the enemy base so I could take a jump on the flag carrier/holder.

I did ask, but got no answer, just a kick and a ban. That to me is no answer.

Let me just make a quick explaination...

I was warned twice (This is true, however the way they warned me was silly... just kicking someone?) So I stopped "Spawnkilling" (Although I was not). Then I was kicked, even just after playing the game like usual, no spawn killing, not even sitting in the enemy base.

It may have taken him a sec to ban you so you very well could have been elsewhere.  He was in the heat of battle ya know...cant just stop everything to ban a spawner...

I know, sure I was warned. BUT I STOPPED, so called "Spawn killing" So there is still no reason.


Ok so I changed my ip and talking to a mod right now, he told me the list of names of mods. None of them were the guy who banned me (I know cause he said I kicked you and noone said he isn't a mod). So the guy I am talking to said that someone might have gotten pass and they changed the pass today.

Ok it's confirmed... either you guys have a security problem with that server, or one of you mods are out of control. I was just on... 1:30 AM and was banned again. This time I am sure none of them were mods, and I did nothing wrong.

I dont have anything against you man.  As i said before i dont care if ya spawn kill or not but that isnt up to me.  But i do know that after you were banned there wasnt any more spawnkilling.

I just wanted to drop by a few letters about how great this script is. I've just had one hour pure fun , and the THANKS goes to You, Avarax ! Till now I've played mostly on the "normal" CTF servers, but now :O

I just want to say that this guy is 100% clean. Good player, respectful, he don't flame or have a noob attitude. I unbanned him because I don't see any good reason to perm ban him. I wasn't on the server when this situation happened so I can't judge but every time I played with him he was acting mature.

Please don't reban him for the same reason because spawnkilling don't deserve a ban anyways.

I just want to throw my two cents in. As Aniway said, this guy was honest about the whole thing and  was respectful the whole time through this situation. Nice player, explained what had happened without flaming the whole place up, acted very civilized. He doesn't deserve a permanent ban for spawnkilling: he doesn't even deserve any ban at all.

Okie dokie. I wanna post a bug i found which is quite a nice one btw.

If you summon a kami during a map change, it'll respawn with a random gun. This glitch doesnt happen with ghouls

Also if your kami kills itself in a pit and respawns (like in equinox or whatever that map is) he spawns with a diff gun.  (I think they respawn after they kill themselves dont they?...maybe im wrong about this and someone summond after it killed itself but its happend a couple times and i dont think its a coincidence)

And the map change one doesnt happen all the time but most of the time it does (for me that is)...keep in mind im only talking about eC hexer...havent been to the euro server in quite sometime.

ghouls do that to. when the RS server was up, i noticed ghouls running around with rugers and augs, i didnt think to report it because it didnt seem to be a large problem, just a visual bug which is not high priority in being fixed. imo

0.9.2 contains a fix that a) forces the appropriate weapon on summoned bots so they CAN'T have any others and b) it should really always kick them when they die

many other small bugs have been fixed aswell and the overviewability of all the large messages has been greatly improved. the skill balance has to be tested a bit more.

will that mean they will be kicked for surviving in survival mode?
that would render summons very ineffective in survival mode

if i ever get to set up a R/S server with hexer, the script will first be heavily modified to fit it, cooldowns will be round based, not time based and the balance would have to be a complete different one.
