I can't even INTALL IT!!

When im updating soldat or intalling it from scratch (I tried both), evereything is fine until it starts installing the soldat.exe.Then few seconds later it throws me an error:"The sistem cannot find the specific file needed MoveFailed code 2".

Download the Soldat patch again then try again.

Happen's the same thing...AND my antivirus alerts me that is a malicious code in the soldat update so it copies it into quarantine.
AND YES I've tried without the antivirus and it keeps happenning.

Did you use the same download link? Try a different download link.
If it doesn't work try downloading the FULL 1.4 version and not the 1.3.1 > 1.4 and install it into another folder.

Nobody can INTALL a game. Normal people INSTALL it.
