Thank you NinjaGimp369. It's actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Looking forward to seeing yours.

Here's my newest (and definitely best) animation: Imacheater2k7 vs. X. This is a bit bigger than the rest, that's whi it's a link, so as to reduce this page's lag. Enjoy.

1 more suggestion: Abuse the 'thud' effect.
I attend grammar school, last grade, and ignorance is all around me. Well, good for them. Ignorance is bliss.

Basically making the ground shake by moving everything up, say, 7 pixels one frame, then down 6 the next, and so on, tapering down.

Thud:

No thud:

Makes the impact look much more painful.

Oh, the Shake effect. I don't like to use that much yet. I'm still rusty at Pivot. When I get better, I'll use trails and other effects.

Doesn't take much skill, and it DRAMATICALLY improves the movie. And it's also incredibly easy if you do it after you make the move (having to move it up and down AS WELL AS change each frame is a pain)

Don't not do it cause you're 'rusty', do it to take a step away from that.

Sorry to confuse you, I kinda didn't say that well. What I mean is that I won't add it to that animation. I mean I'll add it in my next, better animation.

That doesn't look to good...It looks like they are having seizures because it's over-exaggerated. Maybe a little less shaking.

Yeah, I exaggerated it to make it obvious. Instead of making 7 above normal, then in the next frame 6 below normal, make it 7 above, 1 normal frame, 6 below, 1 normal frame, etc.

Haha, that ricochet is so unrealistic. What's the thing he's picking up? Flame-God?
