there should be this little thing in the bottom right corner with numbers in it. That shows how big it is. to make the guns bigger, increase the number.

to post animations you make with this, when you go to save it, click the arrow to save it as a gif. Then upload the image on photobucket or imageshack or something. Copy the hotlink for forums #1 on imageshack after you've uploaded it, and paste it into the reply box on here.

headshots, thats okay.. but it doesn't show him swinging the sword, and it is pretty slow the way the guy falls.

Here is a new one of mine. It is sucky considering i whipped it up in 5 minutes.

ok. you need to look at your frames based on speed, do you want stuff to be moving quickly or slowly, and that is how you determine how many frames to use. If you have ADD and just get bored in the middle of animating it will look like crap.

Also those guns look like they took about five seconds in MS Paint.

NO MORE BUCKET TOOL FOR YOU.
