Little question

I want to make a mode and I want to make a 2 teams. I have got question if it is possible to make something to Alpha has got weapons that aren't´t same as weapons of team Bravo. Something like in a CS because I think it is a little bit stupid if the terrorist has got same weapons as SWAT. Help please.
