i am useing the old map maker cuz my friend said he used it but i am thinking that polyworks is beter xD looks ALOT better from screenshots and i downloaded it put it in soldat and when i run it, i get something saying system error &H800706BA (-214023174). The RPC server is unavailable.

how do i fix this?

Make sure these files exist in your Windows\System32 folder: MBMouse.ocx, COMDLG32.OCX, mscomctl.ocx, msvbvm60.dll, dx8vb.dll, scrrun.dll. The first three are included in the PolyWorks zip, the others can be found with google. If putting them in the Windows\System32 folder doesn't work try resistering the missing files: start -> run, type in regsvr32 name_of_file.dll_or_ocx.

okay i got the others i needed for them in winzip on my desktop, but how do i put them on my uhhzzz.. windows/system32. ... i looked dunno how

ive got everything done but i cant find the MBMouse.ocx ,, i run it and it says i dont have it and i search it but cant find it

Click on the file-archive link in my sig. and take a look at the Other Junk table (bottom-right)

thank you, it still does not work for some reason but its okay ill continue to map with the old version
