Soldat with Vista SOLUTION!

I finally got 1.4 to work on Vista, for anyone that has that problem, right click on soldat go to properties go to compatibility and check the box (im sure everyone has heard that part) BUT another step, now go and check the box for run as admin if you have that privelge, the screen should look like this:
