Recruiting is over. We have our team already Snipufin. Though MAGIC ODD EFFECT is a lazy ass and didnt recorded any scene , since we never see eachother on IRC.

I picked up a free copy of a kick-ass screen capture / video editing program called DemoCreator via a website. I think I'll be able to translate any demos I get into video and maybe add voices, too.

I've got a really good open-source video editor, too, called Jahshaka.

It has the capacity to draw over moving video, which is just what we need.

I've also got ideas for an intro.

And I have the server computer.

So we're all set, I just need to discuss some ideas.

Oh also...we'll we be using the generic soldat gosteks (interface gfx, sfx, whatever)? or will we be using something like espadon's new mod? I didn't know if you wanted this to be somewhat like Red vs. Blue in terms of the Halo gosteks and weapons, or if we were shooting for a more "soldat-basic" idea with just the normal gosteks.

I'd say generic Soldat.

Here's some of my ideas:

The intro. What's the intro gonna be like? I don't think we should copy RvB...so I have some songs we could try out.

The ending. Credits or something else? With or without music?

The general premise. The basic setup. That stuff.

Someone email me if you want to discuss the basic plot.

And...that's what's unclear.

I only have one question atm. With the basic plot...are we thinking about doing like a short intro series to just introduce the characters or is it more lets-get-right-into-the-story with the first episode you created? I think we should just get to filming and sorta let the story speak for itself if you get what I mean. Have a general idea of what's going to happen, but keep it open for possibilities and additions. I may send you an email near the end of today to talk about this.

Also. What music are you thinking? I'm curious :D

i think we should start with introducing the characters by showing there daily things they do in the army, like 1 in teh desert, and 2 twins in teh forests, others on snow...and that they meet together for a special mission, and that they become the best friends...and that too with the other team. or that they all liek, sign up for a contest (red vs blue) so u see em like on the streets (needs special map) and then they find/get/buy/give a special ticket for the game rVb.

Hiho All. and YES - L bot have OP. If it didnt had it , the channel would dissapear. Other people who have OP is me and i think Magic Odd Effect , but im not sure since he never came by on the channel?
