-1 ping bug

I've been kicked a few times now because my ping goes to -1. -1!!!

It's absurd.

I keep getting ping kicked because of this.

Any ideas?

I've never heard of that, maybe try making some lag?

Go download something while playing soldat... j/k
Check if it isn't trouble with your internet. Test in other games, and see what ping you've got there. If it's the same, it's problem with the internet :/ Btw, if you have ping -1, can you see future?

Another idea - Maybe your ping is so ridicolously high that it shows it as -1?

Use Microsoft CMD (run-CMD) and ping the server you are going to join.

You could try changing the connection settings in the config.exe progam. Try setting them to T1 or DSL. This only has a very little chance to work, but it's worth trying.
You might also check if you have a firewall running or something, and try shutting it down.

Pinging the server wont do anything, neither will tweaking any settings... Its a server bug that has been around since the dawn of time
