Maybe you should have someone advertise it in the selfkill forums, or the russian community.

Didn't think it was going to happen. This wasn't the way I wanted the tournament to happen\not happen anyways. Maybe when I get some free time\ or someone else can actually attempt to get a tournament up and running like this.
