As far as I know, this suggestion made it into the beta-testing forums.
However, I'm not sure since I'm not a beta-tester or don't have moderator access to the betatesting forums.
Thanks for all the support, keep posting new uses or tricks for this command if you find any ;).

Grtz, DePhille

This is great that this thread made it into the beta testers forum.  Chances are it may be included with 1.4.1. then.

/loadtaunts tauntfile
This loads the taunts from tauntfile. This could be very handy to switch taunts. You could tie ALT+A to /loadtaunts taunts2. If you press ALT+A, Soldat will load the taunts from taunts2.txt . In taunts2.txt, you could tie ALT+A to /loadtaunts taunts3. Then again, in taunts3.txt you make a referance to taunts4.txt and when at the last file, make a reference back to the first file. This would enable you to browse trough different taunts in-game. For example, you could set up taunts for specific maps.

Instead of making rotating taunt files you could do it an easier way. You could set for instance ALT+L to load the same file in every taunt file you have. That taunt file would be to load the taunts you want, you can set ALT+1 for one map, ALT+2 for another map, etc..
So let's say you have a taunt file for the map Voland in ALT+1 and Death2 in ALT+2, all you do to load it is pressing ALT+L ALT+1, or ALT+L ALT+2..

Well i guess it's not easy to explain but it would be very easy to use :)

I would be happy if at least the /loadtaunt command was implemented... what could it take? 15minutes of coding? :(

If it's physically possible for Soldat to access the taunt files in-game, then YES!

I completely support this idea DePhille.  It'll be useful and convenient for players to change their taunts without having to exit Soldat and manually change them.

This would be great if it was added, getting off soldat, then updating them and loading soldat again is just a waste of time. :p

I have wanted to be able to do this for very long, and maybe others have to. F12 all the way.

Being able to customize the taunts, mid-game, to match with each specific map is a great idea and I don't think it would take too much work to script it too.
For signatures, you are allowed only one image in your signature which may not be wider and taller than 300 and 125 pixels, and may not be over 20kB in file size. No BMPs are allowed.

I think there should be a
/savetaunts *****
/loadtaunts *****

So you could save the templates without overwriting the originals
