What happened to the Ruger in 1.4?

 [Ruger] Has anyone noticed that the Ruger seems to deal less damage per shot in 1.4, even though it says nothing in the changelog? (it actually says the damage increased)

I know the reload time has been increased, I don't mind that. I wanted to know if any other Rugerers have found it difficult to kill people lately.

a body shot + headshot doesn't kill anymore?! Maybe I'm just going crazy.

Yeah, I think you are going crazy. The Ruger actually kills in 2 shots more often now because the damage has increased, and the reload was actually reduced. You must either be lagging or playing on servers with weapon mods, because what you said is... silly.
