Stay the way the currently are

stay on the ground for 1-3 seconds, then explode (thus more tactical use is needed)

stay on the ground for 1-3 seconds and explode if someone stands on it
2 (5.1%)
Explode if the full cluster nade hits someone in the air

Option 2 and 4 together
