And it would be rather coincidental that he left just as he was getting owned. I know that when I start loosing, I ramp up my game, and become more determined than ever to win. If I had to leave at the moment that I was loosing, I would stay just a little bit longer just to prove that I wasn't wimping out.

I could make the following sentence: "asdf _#$UJ mxjdl thing ush fung budwy" mean anything I want, but that doesn't make it a real sentence.

Well, the thing with me is that I don't keep getting owned. I almost always pull ahead, especially since I play mostly in the public servers. If I do find someone who is better than me, I make it an interesting game, which I don't consider to be ownage. And if they win, I ask them for their Xfire so that I can play them again sometime. I like to play against people who are better than me; they make me a better player.

Maybe he did have to leave for a reason that wasn't because he was getting owned, but in all honesty, who cares? I don't, because:

1. It ruins a good 'Soldat Moment'
2. Given the character of his other actions and the timing, he probably did leave with his tail between his legs.
3. Ender Wiggin isn't making slanderous accusations against a named person's hard-earned reputation; it's just an entertaining anecdote showing how pathetic some public players can be, and really isn't worth arguing over.

Very nice work on the story Ender. It was interesting all the way through. Nice work with the details, I could totally picture the sequence of events in most parts. One criticism though is to work on clutter a bit. You sometimes tried to tell too much at once, and it all blended together and made it a little jumbled. Nice work though.
