OnPlayerDamage and GetPlayerStat for Health?

I'm a little confused on how this works. I believe 65 is full health on realistic servers, but how much damage on "OnPlayerDamage" must be dealt to achieve this? I don't think 65 damage on the OnPlayerDamage kills a player.

Example:
319 damage has been dealt (gathered using OnPlayerdamage)
-108 / 65 health is remaining (obviously, he died)
