i did not read the whole thing, but i would honestly talk to someone close to you....this fits every sign of depression.....i should know ive been there and ive done it....so just talk to someone doesnt matter if its a shrink or not but sit there and talk until you feel happy, even if you dont feel depressed

We have no scale to put a value on how relevant we are, and therefore we can't work out how important something is. There is NOTHING to prove. Relevance is a word and as a word it does not denote importance! Saying something is relevant isn't to say that something will be remember or plays an important role when relative to other things. I'm not saying things that are relevant must not be important but relevance is not interchangeable with importance which it seems it has been in this thread.

As I said, there is nothing to prove, just something you must learn.
