Weapon Modding?

Yeah, I was trying to weapon mod my game using stuff like editing the actual weapons interface using Notepad or something, but when I saved everything and tested it, the mods didn't show up. Any reason for that?

how could you possibly mod the interface guns with notepad??

Are you talking about weapons.ini?

Are you talking about weapons.ini?

Yeah, I think so. I mean like going into the soldat folder and weapons configuration settings if that helps.
