Bug with the Storm Interface

There is a serious bug in the "Storm" interface.  The health bar as well as the vest bar are not aligned in their respected places.  I tried to fix this issue myself, but the problem still wasn't fixed.  I'm wondering if anyone can fix this problem professionally.

tried downloading the storm interface and replacing it?

It's default interface, on few pages is for dl seperately, but this not change effect with new version of Soldat.
