Lobby server pings @ 9999

Whenever I request servers, all of the servers are 9999...
An hour later they are fine. I can't join them when they are 9999 obviously.

So instead of waiting an hour each day to play, is there a solution to this?

Ive tried re-downloading soldat.

Ive tried restarting soldat.

Ive tried restarting the computer.

None work.

Have you tried joining them when they are 9999?  9999 just means that the ping mechanism isn't working properly, but you may very well be able to join the games fine ...

Yes I have tried joining them, but the infamous infinite request appears.
