That is me. Picture taken this summer. My lip looks swollen because i had just gotten off of work and had a huge dip in. Nicotine calls ya know...

lol TVs fail as computer monitors. Unless you have a HTPC, which I am assuming you're using that computer for.

I suppose you could consider it an HTPC. It's just a regular tower, but my video card ouputs in 1080p and I have a sound system hooked up to it. Modern Warfare 2 looks simply astonishing. I'm waiting for my second cable to come in so I can have both my monitor and my TV as PC displays.

Edit: It may look grainy and blurry in the picture, but the PC output is actually very crisp and clear. It's just the camera's fault.

A lot of people here are well-aware of my three-year ambition to one day grow a handlebar moustache, so I figured I'd make a quick update as long as I'm stranded inside today and my laptop has a webcam. I decided not to shave this month, and it happened

All natural, no wax, awwwhhh yeahhh

If the telly's 1080p and you got a proper cable, then the picture's just as crisp as it would be on a normal monitor. Playing games on a 40" and sitting like half a metre away is just f-ing great.

Yeah, it's a Best Buy brand. A poor man's TV, if you will. I was surprised how good the picture quality is.
