i don't know why i ignored this post earlier, especially since it was posted by you, but i think my mind was still jumbled from the week earlier. anyways, nobody ever suspects it, but i am actually 195 pounds right now, making my BMI 22.5, which puts me on the heavier side of 'normal', hehe.

i would weightlift if i knew how, but i try and then i get tired and then i drink instead because the only way i gain weight is with more liver

Push-ups, crunches, and running.

Anything on top of those is just a bonus.

Yeah, it was very nice. It's when we went for vacation for 1 week, but we only live like a few hours away from there. Took us like an hour to climb up there, but so worth the view. I'm from Canada, British Columbia by the way.

@Echo_trail: Yeah, she's a german shephard/lab mix.
