I guess I have too much confidence to even begin thinking like that. I have a strong sense of my own reality with my own rules so I don't even bother to have a frame of mind like Rambo. The ability to let that which does not matter truly slide.

But it's crazy to me that people, especially guys think that way.

thing is it happened to me twice, and i've experienced the two positions of the guy - the one who's being "left out" and the one who's too busy with his girl.

i can tell you that it's really uncomfortable if you're the excluded one. it happened to me when i was visiting some friends in another city and they literaly jumped one on another all the time. felt really nasty cause i didn't wanna be a ***** and cut them in the middle, but i also couldn't go somewhere else cause i didn't know that city and couldn't get anywhere without them.

and then, it happened when i was with my ex and a friend, we all got piss drunk, then me and my ex just went nuts at eachother on some pub. my friend immediatly left and to this day i don't know if he was just mad at me for doing that or if he just didn't wanna disturb us or something.

That's what good wingmen are for: getting you hooked up with a girl and letting her go at you without any cockblocking (from him or her friends when they need to "leave").

Just as long as you return the favor...

I suppose it works the same way when you're out with friends who are going out, but it's more rude on their part for leaving you to do your own thing while they dry hump at the bus stop.
