I just had a revelation!

The phrase "i got 12 years" sounds like a badly translated version of "Tengo 12 anos" from Spanish, so this guy might be Spanish...therefore, since J's in Spanish sound like H's, so, "Soldat Jumps" may not be that but rather "Soldat Humps" which may be an allusion to either a Camel mod or....something a bit more perverted than that.
