Doesn't even start?

Hi, my friend told me about soldat, and i said "okay, i'll give it a shot" so i download the newest version and i start it and automatically, there is an error saying "Soldat has stopped working"..
I have windows vista home premium.. and i'm not sure if this is the problem, because it says it is Vista compatible. Okay thanks.

It works on Vista... sometimes.  When I had Vista, it worked for me, but I hated Vista.  Other people have problems with it on Vista, unless they run it as Administrator or make other changes.

Good luck with Vista, you're going to need a ton of it.

Generally, you'll have to:

1) Run it as administrator
2) Run it in windows XP compatability mode
3) In soldat's setup enable compatability mode
4) Cross your figners and hope
