Try things like running Soldat as Administrator (right click on it and "run as administrator")

Ok, thanks for that. It's just right when I enter the game now, it FREEZES before I'm even in the game. I know people say to run on atleast 2gb of ram, but how could I make soldat work besides that. (Not being that I only have 1.5GB of ram should be any problem)

Vista causes loads of problems that nobody understands.  It works for some people but not for others.

Soldat barely requires any RAM compared to other things.  RAM is not your problem
