BattleEye Violation Help!

Ok, I'm having the same problem everyone else is.  I join the server and a couple seconds later BattleEye kicks me because it can't contact/connect to the BE client, resulting in a Violation.  What's different, is that I was just playing normally yesterday and the day before.  I've also tried reinstalling soldat and the BE patch, but the same thing keeps happening.  Oh and It's also on a server I play on almost every day that this has started to happen, on the ec TW server.

Any ideas what the heck is going on?

Ok when you install the BE patch you are suppose to first get rid of ur old Battle Eye folder from your Soldat folder in your C drive. Then you extract the new battle eye folder into the Soldat folder in your C drive. I think this might help.
