Shadow G-Unit, yes, more updates with better detection will be released soon. First need to make sure the system itself works fine.

Leo, from what I see MOST players have updated BE now. The kicks are getting rarer and rarer.

Still it's rather frustrating watching atleast fourteen people come in trenchwars everyday, scream "What's Happening To Me!!!!" and then get kicked for battleye violation.

Let me get it straight here. Every time that BE main server gets new updates against new hacks the clients must get an update too ?

Leo, depends on what is updated. Might be serverside only as well.

well I guess prople only downloads the file and never unzips it :/. or they unzips it to wrong folder. just write an guide on the download page. or do a whole atomatic updater who acctually saves the file it downloads and unzips it automaticly this would requier soldat to be installed.

The automatic update will work in the future, it was just a problem so far. These are the kinds of problems that these updates are going to fix.

Anyone realized that the updater window is not from BE? Its the Soldat updater tool but not BE.
BE will update silently while playing on a server.

When your playing a gather and three players get a violation :/ annoying hopeful after a few kicks they understand lol. I think the problem is that when that window pops up your allowed to click "later"

Go to the BattlEye update thread in the News forum, and use ChrisGBK's automated updater in the first post. If you don't know how to do it manually, use that for sure.

I don't know why everybody hates it so much. I also had the update problem but then i DLed the auto-install update from http://enesce.com/?page=downloads&f=30 and then my prbolems were sorted!

Everybody will just have to be patient until the auto-updating is working perfectly correctly, then there should be no problem. You have to remember this is the initial implementation of a huge new feature, its obviously going to have some problems at the very beginning.

1.4.2 will be out soon, and one of its main purposes is to make sure everyone has a functioning auto-update.
