From this angle I see no shading except for that green area and that random blue triangle. Theres 2 giant long hallways good for minigun laming and a floating square. Yeah its nice ingram alright for a laming video.

This map really begs for shading. And for me, it looks more like an Inf map, could you tell where the bases are?

It needs ALOT more shading, MORE correct scenery & scenery placement, and the polys need to be smoothend.

That moon looks kinda stupid just in a random spot.

There are other worlds than these

Lousy layout for a CTF, and the texture looks so repetitive :(

Plan your layouts more, improve your poly placement and learn how to shade.  Those are my suggestions.

I have not seen such crap in weeks.
the tunnels are too long, you can go to the roof only from 1 hole, there is some pointless block in the sky, there is some utterly pointless and ugly green-shaded area on the map (why on earth) and this doesn't even show that its a ctf.

It's zoomed out. You aren't allowed to see it.

The green spot is a mass-placement. That's why there's scenery there. I worked a long 45 minutes on this, I expected better.

The polygons are smoothed. You can't see in such a zoomed out picture...

Idiots. I'm taking this down.

Dude, we're only trying to help you. Don't expect praises and fanclubs, we're telling you what can be improved. That's what happens to every map that's being posted here. We're not retarded, we're critics trying to help.
And by saying "You should've downloaded it, it was a good map" you're only bringing yourself down more. Nobody is supposed to say that his map is good, that's for the others to jugde.

Telling me to improve in a bad way. It didn't suck. You know what? The map is gone. Find it on SML if you want it. I'm redoing it. Shading? no. Shading helps not at all and I find it useless. I'm not going to release ANY MORE maps because all the community wants is shading and super duper scenery and AGABLAH! Forget it. I'm done with the whole mapping scene. If you guys can't accept decent maps, you can only expect amazing maps with 9 million sceneries and 2 trillion freaking polies and all this crazy shading unless you'll say "start improving, it sucks."

Well I'm sorry the quality of your maps doesn't match what the guys around here make. Theres no one to blame but yourself, if the public like 15 billion sceneries and 2 quadrillion polys you better give it to them before calling 5 minute work "good." Maps can't be finished the moment you start.

Mothafix never said that this map sucked more then any other! You're putting words in other peoples mouth, making it seem worser then it is, acting like we all said this is the worst map in the world.

You're totally of with the shading part, shading really does matter, same goes for the scenery. It just makes the map look nicer, who wants to play on a map that's not appealing for the eye at all?

You made a wise choice by not making any more maps, not only for the public, but also for yourself. It's clear you can't handle the critics.

5 minute work? FUCK YOU. Try 2 and a half fucking hours dealing with the computer freezing up and scenery errors.

I can't handle the harsh critics of course. not one of you says "it's ok for one of your first maps". I have enough problems in my real life, this doesn't help at all.
