All-seeing eye? Battleye?

Battleye is an anti-hack software. What about the all-seeing eye? Is it the same thing? Coz I always see these two...characters(?) appearing in soldat fan comics.

that comic represents little truth, primarily in the fact that ASE has nothing to do with gameplay or anti-cheat

Yeh, Liquidis x Snake had a good story arc in his comics involving the ASE, addicted to visine and such stuff.
