Text and/or Graphics Problems [in game]

the gameplay has weird graphical issues and/or text issues during gameplay...

could anyone help, screenshot enclosed.

this picture doesn't "say" it all.

Basically,
I can play the game without lag,
however, i can't read text sometimes and sometimes those "pixel-bricks" [i dont know what they're called] arent there all the time, they come and go in random places

Whoa, I'm no expert, but that might be because you have an old graphics card.

ummm i have the requirements for Soldat, so i dont think its a graphics card issue.
