i really appreciate being condescended to smegma. just letting you know, thanks for undermining my opinions, really. i mean, im a stoner right? i must not be coherant or even very much alive at all right? im trying to offer this troubled kid some serious advice because i was once in the same situation as him and found my way out. smoking weed was quite honestly the best decision ive ever made in my life. its had such a positive effect on me that i reccommend it to everyone. dont come at me with all your "just say no, logic." marijuana isnt bad for you, not in the least bit. not in your entire life have you ever heard of anyone dying, or suffering from some kind of illness brought on by marijuana use. dont even call it a drug, that almost seems inappropriate after my experiences with it.

About the smoking thing (sorry to bring it back up,) but there's some programme on TV at the moment called 'Child Chain Smoker.' It's about this kid of about thirteen who smokes quite alot. One thing that his mother said when she was confronted about it was that "He shouldn't be smoking; he's too young." This just highlights the ignorence among some people today. Nobody should be smoking, it's downright unhealthy.

Mistercharles, pretty much everyone goes through thought like this. They feel bored with life, or that they're insignificant. It's a part of growing up and becoming more mature. Suddenly, you're no longer just thinking about yourself, but your place in society. That's a good thing. But you still have that excitement and evergy of a young man, so my guess is you're not too happy with your life at the moment. Just take a step back and look at what you have. Then look at what you want to do next. Take up the guitar, or art. Or start some other skill. You need to give yourself some sort of direction. Nothing to worry about at all.

Hey mate, sorry I'm a little late to join in on this discussion, just haven't had the time to check it out. I know this has allready been stated, but I really think there's a need to add up the sums here, especially since a few people are confused way beyond repair about how to act and unfold(Not talking about you, mate).

Anywho, don't worry too much. You're allready taking your first step in terms of executing mark one on your "agenda", namely dumping your girlfriend. How did that work out?
Usually I would never suggest dumping someone if you're able to use them as a column for some time, but ofcourse some relationships have just been worn out, and they're no longer anything but a drag. If so, the feeling of breathing fresh air that often comes from getting out of a bad relationship is definitely worth the trouble.

You'll probably feel like a lot of weight is being taken off your shoulders as you proceed to reach your goals, and that's what drives us to keep on going. I used to feel like you do now, and I guess in some ways I still do every now and then. I never did have an agenda or any goals to reach(in relation to this I mean), and I think that is probably where I failed. Took me a lot of time to get over it even to some extent, and that's probably also why I feel like many of the bad chapters of my life was never really closed, even though I do consider myself to having moved on.

As I said, there's no need to worry. I think you're getting about it in a fine manor, and I think you'll be just fine. Don't pay attention to all the fucks making ass suggestions, they have no idea what you're even talking about.
As for the drug thing.. I'm aware that you allready stated that you wouldn't use them as a means to feel better, but I thought I should still give you my point of view. I used to smoke a lot of pot, and I mean alot! Looking back at it, it never did me anything good. never harmed me either(me thinks), but I never gained anything from them. My advice, try and see if you can handle things without them, and if not, stick to soft things like pot.

Also, listen to Vijcht, he's a good guy with alot of helpfull advice.
