getting ****ing ridiculous...

never fails.

every time i play soldat and join a game, i AM NOT ALOWED to minimize it or else it will NOT be brought back up again, and i have to ctrl alt del close it. also, the sound randomly comes and goes when some other program (messenger) makes THE SLIGHTEST sound, and suddenly the only thing i hear is 36 crazyfists playing in WMP.

also, seems like 1/50 times i kill people or i die, i MAGICALLY stop moving and a window pops up giving me an access violation. DEPENDING ON IS TEMPORATE MOOD, i can either alt+f4 the window and resume soldat, but 2/3 times i am faced with the same problem highlited above; being unable to play soldat again without completely restarting it.

this is getting ****ing ridiculous, and it has never happened until the new patch.

Good thing you mentioned the patch.  I would bet that the problem lies in that.  Download the full 1.4.1 and install it.  Patches have a way of being funky sometimes most of the time.  Tell us if that fixed it...

i re-downloaded it and deleted my old files. but i still had to patch it. it apears that the bulk download doesnt have the upgraded battlee previously installed.

i did that a week before i even posted this topic, since i couldnt get the patch to work. but then it still had to be patched, so i figured out how to do it and it got done.

so no, it hasnt helped.

Did you patch Soldat or the BattlEye update?
