Pkmn_test.pms a test map (ver 2.0)

this is my pokemon ruby&sapphire inspired map, it took about 2 hours to complete the sprite editing and soldat scenery "translatification" (putting "magic green" where I want the images to be see thru) if you like pokemon, then you will most likely like this map, it's good for a small dm/rambomatch/pointmatch game, but I added flags just in case you want a very small ctf game
AND BE SURE TO READ THE README!!!

tell me if you like it...

EDIT: here's the overview:


VERSION 1.1 EDIT: I added a few more normal spawn points, waypoints coming later, updated overview...

VERSION 2.0 EDIT: Major edits, changed order of png's in scenery, easier to use scenery, made Niko's modification, changed ugly grey bg, added "escape tunnel" next to pointmatch flag (darker than rest of polys), deleted spawn point next to pointmatch flag for obvious reasons, Flag "pedestals" (flag sits on top) bigger, more coming soon...

ahhaha nice,, i used to play them 2dmmorpg games, not play,, but create maps,,, yea nice,,, hows the gameplay?

not waypointed, the gym hurts, and the pokecenter regenerates, and the poke mart spits out items

I don't have real people to test this map with (no server, just bots) I think the gameplay would be fun (I should put more spawn points though) it's just a test though, I'll make a real one eventually, looks nice though huh?

I think it's nice... good use of the scenery. I hope your map to be played on the servers... 9/10 Original and good idea.;D

EDIT: And add this: Bundle that the bullets could cross the lawn, but not you  ;) It could add the map more enjoyable  ;D

I didn't rip the scenery, the ppl on http://sdb.drshnaps.com/index.htm did, I just edited the pictures to scenery :P

thanx, for other maps I would like to be seen in servers so that I don't have to download myself, look at Keron cyst's map compilation, 3 of my favorite maps are in there ;) (machete, Japan heights, Momento)

You made Japan Heights?....

I have a new respect for you now....kinda ;).

I like the nicely portrayed pokemon atmosphere although it's rather ironic to be played in Soldat :).
