So CG is out. What do you think? Based on what you have seen would you like to see it continued or is it better that it has been abandoned?

I voted yes. I think the source should be released under an open-source license so that others can continue the game. It'd be fun to see and would benefit people a LOT more than having the game be shelved with no chance of ever being worked on

Your screen should be at one of these resolution: 800x600, 1024x768, 1152x864 at 32bpp

But maybe it's your graphic card to and for the people aving problem with the menu go to de folder Crimson Glory\Base\Scripts open "autoconfig.gm" (with a notepad) and change
"global v_fullscreen = 0;" to "global v_fullscreen = 1;" and save that way the game will run full screen so you will se all what you are suppose to see in the screen and you will see the menu wen pressing Esc

You dont have Windows!! (that's cheap for you) you should download a virtual computer programme to have windows and Linux on the same PC

programs that use 3D or 2D acceleration cannot run in a virtual machine.

MM developed this game to be cross-platform right from the start, it is just a matter of him releasing the code or compiling a Linux version himself.

I am out of state for the summer and could bring very little with me. My best computer runs Linux, so I brought only that with me, plus my laptop (which also doesn't have Windows)

Wow, to be perfectly honest.. the 3d gfx look very outdated..

Does it offer 3d play (like in soldat)?

i like the soldat-cg-hybrid from the cg image dump.

other than that, i cant be bothered. it looks slow and my computer is crap, id rather not get frustrated.

Crimson Glory is a great game, but it was an independent side project.

I think all focus should be on improving Soldat.
