All of the icons from the contest

I've created a simple page with all of the icons from the Soldat 1.4 Icon contest and all of the submissions for a few reasons:

• To archive these, because it is only a matter of time until some of them get deleted from wherever they were hosted, and these don't deserve to be lost
• To encourage the community to make use of these.  Just because MM chose particular ones for use in Soldat itself doesn't mean that the others shouldn't be used!
• To give a stupid cheesy page for people to view these all at once, in case they are considering using them for something.
