Is there a way to shut BattleEye down cause its kicking everyone of the servers..

Change BattlEye_Anti_Cheat=1 in Soldat.ini to BattlEye_Anti_Cheat=0.

And the kicks are caused by those who haven't updated their BattlEye to the latest version (look here).

I still see it on some servers.  I shut down BE for my server (for now) though I did have one hacker in it once - gave him the boot.
I'll wait till I hear some official message saying that BE is working well*

If you don't hear anything by the time that 1.4.2 is out, you can assume that BE is "working well"
