Clans don't count for me, either...

I've always been Twistkill, but this one guy that I forgot his name kept chasing me down in public servers and votekicking me (Screaming "GET OUT") while calling me names like fag and noob, among other terms that were at his low intelligence level. So, I changed my name very temporarily to Orange Juice for a little bit, (Wearing all orange, of course) and then Steak (Wearing a brownish/reddish color, signifying the meat). :)

Loaf of Bread in Camo: Based on my brother's 'Loaf of Bread of DOOM' Natual Selection alias, I went by this name back in my 1.2.1 hardcore camper days. Yup, I was the best camper the world never saw....

Shadow Dragon: 1.2.1 Early clanning days

SDFilm: 1.2.1-1.3 Mid-clanning days to present day

Plus I have another name that I sometimes use in public servers.

I never changed my name, always been DePhille and always will :).
I've been in two clans so far, because I'm a pretty loyal clanner. (HT and 2Wai, which is my current clan).

In every game I ever played online I've always gone by 'Snow' and always will. I never had any use for aliases. I didn't care if I sucked at a particular game. I never broke rules either so I never needed to hide behind an alias... not saying those are the reasons others use aliases.
