Okay, it's pretty simple. :)

Go to the Join Game tab in Soldat. Type the name of the demo into the area where the IP usually goes. Then, type 0 as the port and hit Join Game. That's all there is to it. There are also command lines you can apparently use to control the speed or what is displayed, found on the Wiki. Clikeez.

An alternative is the Diamond Demo Player, but that isn't necessary.

Keep in mind that any demos previous to version 1.4 are no longer compatible for viewing.

You can attach one to your posts, as well as several image or folder types. Go the Add Reply window and click on "Additonal options..." underneath the text entry area. Click on Browse and select the demo you want. Then hit post, and it will appear underneath your message in the thread. You can upload 2 things at once.
