And as the lyrics go in the United State's national anthem: "America, f**k YEAH!".
Alright for those of you who were having trouble with the win98 mar77a told me how to fix it.Here's what to do.In your battleye folder in soldat you should have 3 files. Delete the first file which should be called BEClient_x86.dll (make sure it's not BEClient_x86.dll.new) Then change the name of the second file, BEClient_x86.dll.new to just BEClient_x86.dllIt may be a bit confusing, but I'm sure someone will post a more orginized fix later.
Also it has to be said that the update from Soldat web site also adds another .new file and doesn't replace the old one, so deleting the Client file before running the update is necessary on Win98.

Well, actually thats not needed because with the downloadable update you just overwrite the old .dll - a .new file will be created again when BE tries to auto-update ingame, so thats just normal.
thank you all guys i got it Smileyi was just too stupid to understand ...
