Thank you (and mar77a) SO MUCH for this fix. It has been driving me crazy getting kicked every 5 minutes. I really really appreciate not having that problem any more.

Yeah, I hope it helped a lot of people out.  As for the future BattlEye update, $able, are they going to encounter the same problems as this one had? Even though the fix was easy, it'd be nice if there was a way for win98 users to not have to worry about it.

Yes, the renaming will be moved into Soldat.exe (when BE is unloaded, which is logical anyway).
