What's up with 23983? That has nothing to do with Soldat. There are some other odd things as well.

Proper ports list is as follows:

23073 UDP
23073 TCP
23083 TCP
23196 UDP

You may need to disable certain parts of the routers built in firewall to allow clients to connect to you. This is found under the security tab. Also ensure you aren't running a software firewall, or are allowing ports apropriately. Same goes for other things like anti-virus, etc.

Hmm does having Soldat number affect it becuase if it looks for the application Soldat1 it wont find it...or does that not make a difference...i only got my server to work when it was Soldat for alll four.
And as the lyrics go in the United State's national anthem: "America, f**k YEAH!".

This is the only page that matters: http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/5117/zomgnewhelpdb2.jpg

The name of the application doesn't matter, that is just for your reference.

Are you sure that .136 is the computer you're running the server on?  What model of DSL/Cable modem do you have?

Try using the port range forwarding instead of single port forwarding.

Picture is of my settings, which do work.

Well, there aren't many other options left except an incorrect external IP, or a software firewall.

If by static IP you mean external static IP then not necessarily:  It's useful so people can add your server to their favorites - because when you external IP changes then they can't join through favorites anymore and chances are they think the server is down so they won't bother looking for it in the lobby.
- Make sure the game is running when you're using the soldat port forward tester
- Make sure that the ports aren't forwarded to any other IP address (that was my mistake)

No wonder why both our servers are screwed up. We're both using the same static IP adresses...lol.

Lemme go change mine to something more discrete. I'd advise you to do the same. When exactly did you configure your static IP adress? Only recently has my stuff been going pretty off.

My problem also might include the fact that this computer has Norton on it...and I haven't quite messed around with Norton's firewall configurations yet.

Edit:

And yes, it's probably that firewall that's buggering things up as well.

Are you attempting to run a dedicated server? There are problems there that I can't adress since dedicated server hosting seems to be a little more picky.

I'm assuming you are running on Soldat version 1.4.1, and when it comes to that, I really don't know what to tell you. If you are trying to run a dedicated server, are you using the one in the Soldat directory? If so, stop using that and download the dedicated server 2.6.1 thing to see if that improves anything. That's really all I can tell you for the moment.

Your ports look fine and I what I know, don't bother messing with the mask IP etc....

It's supposed to be blank I do believe; at least for the IP. Those settings are generally taken to be "from any IP", but you are better off reading your manual.
