ok i did everything this site told me to do:
http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Netcomm/nb1/Soldat.htm(by the way my model is nb5, its not so different)
but still it did not work i used a server download from soldat.pl/downloads and all that still when i searh the 9999 piung server comes up.

plz help me with this i urgently need a working server with no 9999 ping
