Help installing interfaces

Ok, I cant seem to get any interfaces that I download, to work on my game.
I am registered, and the MOD I am using is the Gibuto Mod by freestyler.
Instead of it being layered in the corner, it just has the bars that are meant to be staked spread out just like the normal Interface.
Plus, I would like it as my default, but it doesn't matter.

Btw, this happens when i overwrite the normal Interface-gfx. file and and use the Mod Starter.

Any help will bring you cookies and a thanks. =]

did you put the map in CUSTOM INTERFACES and loaded it in soldat game OPTIONS and then in the MIDLLE INTERFACE
