When I host a server...

When I host a sevrer while I have a mod running (for example, HaloXP), will other players see the mod?

No.

Mods can only be seen by who has downloaded and installed them manually.

The only thing that will affect the players will be the weapon config (ammo counts, bullet velocity, rate of fire etc) if that is included in the mod.
