me and a few friends would like to make a savage mod for soldat since we love both games.

feedback? Ideas? want to help?

(if you don't know what savage is, go here http://www.s2games.com/savage/index.php?page=savageindex, its a bit old though)

we're open to (almost ;P) anything

the weapons at the mo. are

1. duel X-bows
2. (nothing yet)
3. Surge
4. Blaze
5. scattergun
6. tempest
7. Mortar
8. marksmans bow/lightning
9. repeater
10. flux

1. hunting bow
2. hachet
3. predator claws
4. a sacrificing monket launcher (hehe)

Surge and flux are more similar than styer and mini gun. Maybe flux would be better as HK. (Also because flux has less range than surge if I remember correctly.)

well we are trying to leave Savage 2 weaps out at all costs right? or else we could use the ravager for the minigun

well unless someone can come up with a better idea, the S2 ravager will be our minigun.

p.s. should we be using chiprels as flags?

no, use flags...

I think you should eave out the marksman bow and hunting bow because they won't look good ingame. Just try making ingame graphics and you'll see

well we figured we'd use the mmb for the rambo bow and use lightning for the barrett anyway. what about the ember or chaos bolt as the pistol?

So ember as colt because it is weak and short ranged. >.^

i thought ths was a mod of scenery for half graphics people, as i am. sad, i thought it was cause my graphics card is 3d savage something

Add pics? To the first post you mean (or any other post, it's all the same). Click the addition options button under your post (you have to use the reply button not the quick reply).

I think he's still in planning stages.... where as most people post about their mods once they've done something on them.

YAHA! ive finished the ruger/tempest. sorry for it taking so long but we had an english static image to do.

feel free to critasize (^.^) it but make sure you give a reason or else i wont be able to fix it

One word: SMALL. Make it larger. Here's an idea: Take an ingame screen shot, cut out all but the guy holding the gun, and then zoom 2x. That's how I did stuff with the mods I've done. Also, you could keep the original 1x zoom shot in the same pic next to the 2x one so people can see what it really looks like.
