Use some sort of blue scenery and make it transparent.

I use blank.bmp, middle level, blueish color, 75% transparent.

Yes but what if i want it IN front of soldat

and not infront of poly WITH OUT...... makeing one......

I use a scenery called WATER.BMP. It's not really big, but it's nice for making small pools of water.
