Crud, this hurts
« on: July 17, 2007, 11:22:25 pm »
Ok, I have sneezed one time too many, and the left side of my back, where all the muscles is, have seized up. Meaning that it hurts to take a bigger breath than usual, to bend over and pick stuff up, to turn around, and to get in bed.

I don't know how my back is involved with my sneezing. (result of a combination of pollen, dust, and dander.), so if anybody can identify what this is, and how to treat this.

When you sneeze you use alot of muscles... you may have just pulled a muscle in your back due to your many sneezes.  Itll feel better in a day or so.

When i inhale sometimes i get a sharp pain in one of my shoulders or near my stomach area. No big deal.
Oh have you ever sneezed when you had diarrhea and crapped yourself when you sneezed?

I have encountered neither of the above. Multiple sneezing is a problem, and I keep forgetting my allergy medicine, which does something funky to my head.

Perfect advice. Ibuprofen is the same thing as Motrin or Advil, and is an anti inflammatory. It should stop the pain, and just relax for a while and it will go away.

Edit: Or if you just want to make it stop hurting, take 3 ibuprofen, 3 aspirin, and 3 extra strength tylenol. (This may not be safe, but it'll work)

I read somewhere that you get cramps when running or walking, due to pressure on your liver, and other organs. You get this pressure because one usually inhales when they step with their right foot. If you get a cramp, try inhaling whilst stepping down on the left foot.

Just thought it was worth mentioning ;D
